Digiday selects Sidecar for its innovation in the Best Social Marketing Platform category
PHILADELPHIA – Digiday has named Sidecar a finalist in the 2020 Digiday Technology Awards. The awards program recognizes technology companies driving the digital media industry forward. Sidecar was named in the Best Social Marketing Platform category, which honors the tool or platform that best manages and scales social marketing and advertising efforts. Facebook is one the major networks Sidecar supports for its retail customers, in addition to Google and Amazon.
Sidecar’s entry for the 2020 Digiday Technology Awards highlights its work with Gary’s Wine and Marketplace. Sidecar increased the retailer’s Facebook revenue stream 8x in the first nine months of the partnership, and has consistently met its customer’s Facebook ad goals for revenue, return on ad spend (ROAS), and visibility—both before and amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
